In association with B&B Italia, the renowned Italian design powerhouse, Piero Lisoni decided to join forces with Jorge Pérez, Miami’s largest real estate developer, to bring to life this exquisitely Italian-designed luxury residential tower at the heart of the Arts and Entertainment District, one of Miami’s most enthralling locations.
Casa Bella will rise fifty-six stories high and comprise 319 residential units. It offers notoriously spacious and, at the same time, affordable units with lofty ceilings, as luxury standards used to be a few years back, providing its residents with unparalleled comfort and ease. The units at Casa Bella significantly differ from the current trend of building compact units strictly for investment purposes and short-term rentals.
